   Savannah is always beyond helpful. I have booked 5/6 holidays with her in the last few years all with completely different requirements and Sav has always been on hand to support. Our most recent trip was cancelled due to the devastating events of storm Melissa we were kept up to date by manager Vicky, we gave Sav the task of changing our booking to Florida (not an straight forward booking) & she excelled our expectations, car hire, tickets, extra space seats you name it we got it! Online can never replace the level of service you get in store and particularly at this shop. Thank you Sav & Vicky you are always amazing.

Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism were second to none. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we left feeling confident and excited about our booking.    We came in to TUI store Southampton looking for a holiday to Orlando America with our family. Having never been we had no idea where to start, but after sitting with Debbie at the Southampton store she soon settled our concerns and helped us with finding the right hotel and helped us with booking the Disney and universal tickets, Debbie went over and beyond our expectations and explained everything to us and showed us exact locations of where will will be. We were so impressed we booked there and then. Highly recommend Debbie so full of knowledge and friendly.

   Clueless travel agent! 14 nights of horror No information about holiday destination in different periods of the year! If the agent could just guide us in the right way, now we wouldn't be stuck in our hotel room or in a crowded pool because of the beach smelling as rotten eggs and covered in weed! Also full of stray dogs! We paid what we seen on your website and what was presented by travel agent! FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING! We spent £20K on last four holiday package and never receive any discount or loyalty points! Never again in this store and possible never again with TUI who started to let the customers down just for profits!

   Myself and my sister came in and booked a holiday with Lou. She was incredible from start to finish. Able to cater for us all, especially with a new born and booking a holiday we were quite nervous about where to go and what sort of hotel. However this was taken away by Lou!    Visited the Southampton store yesterday to book a holiday for Christmas. We know you can book holidays online and have done in the past but you can not beat a face to face booking. We had the pleasure of being served by Aimee . Aimiee obviously enjoys her job very much and it showed in the service we received nothing was too much trouble and the whole booking process was easy, well explained, light hearted and professional .    Booked a holiday with the lovely hollie today and couldn’t of asked for better service .
