I caught the bus the other day. Great driver was very polite and great driving. The service was good and would definitely use the busses again. Very clean and looked after.

The drivers are so freindly every time I used the private hires and cruise shuttles s polite I felt very safe onboard the health and saftey is up to an amazing standard well kept buses so clean buses are sturdy and not falling apart and quiet inside
Gave 5 stars for the service but took 3 stars off for the state of the windows. Cmon, how hard is it to clean the windows so the passenger can see out.? I guess the driver doesn't need to see out of the back window then?

Record breaking, exceptionally hot temperatures today (40 degrees) and our children’s Xelabus school minibus driver went to the trouble of getting them all some mini bottles of water and freezing them. When they came out of school roasting hot and dehydrated, he gave them all bottles of iced water. He is always very reliable and helpful but outdid himself today. All the parents were so grateful. Superb service!
£500 for a colleague annual pass and my son can't get to colleague due to driver sickness! How can you cancel the one bus that can get him to Eastleigh from Waltham Chase in time. Additional I was informed via phone that my son had to collect his pass from the depot which is a 35 minuet walk from the colleague only for him to find out on arrival that the passes were sent to the colleague! This information was also not detailed on the website. Poor.....
