   I have been using this family run business for the last 13 years since November 2012. Mohsan and his Team are the Harrods of Travel Agents. Their personal touch is unmatched in the industry. I recall in 2021 when me and my two daughters were stuck in Pakistan during covid red list. Whilst others were stuck with paying extortionate rates of one way returns of £3k+, Mohsan negotiated with Virgin Atlantic on my behalf and got us 3 back for only £25 each to pay on our existing return ticket. I have peace of mind using Mushtaq Travel knowing that they will deal with any issues without me worrying. Compare that to booking online with "cheaper" companies who will make you wait for ages on the phone line, pass the buck, not give you any personal service and change the goal posts when you want to change a ticket or cancel. I would much rather pay that little extra commission to Mushtaq Travel for their brilliant personal one to one customer service which is unmatched in the industry. Save yourself heartache and use Mushtaq Travel for a trouble free process from start to finish.

   Dealt with 3 people Mushtaq Mohammed of Mushtaq travel (senior) & his 2 sons mohsin & Nadeem all three work at the business So I booked a ticket with them on 25-09/25 Flying out on 26-09-25 with British airways Gatwick to Islamabad . Ticket booked around 6pm on 25.9.25 tried to pay £1850 over the phone with my visa debit card - denied method of payment - pressured me to do bank transfer- as I could not do transfer due to my bank app down-asked my son who is businessman - to do transfer of £1850 from his account - any how around 8pm had to cancel the ticket with m- travel due to my police bail- I cannot leave the country- due to an allegation against me of public disorder - Since 25-09-2025 I have phoned numerous times demanding my refund- this is what has been said to me (even tho I cancelled my ticket within the 24hr period) 1. Ticket non refundable not entitled to 1penny back 2. Offering me 1 of their staff tickets in a lower class seat (economy) 3.threatening abusive rude to me - saying a have a mental disorder 4. Phoned my cousin & offering £746 refund Not told me directly 5. Mr Mohammed Mushtaq senior gone to pakistan now - carnt get hold of him Also Mohammed Mushtaq senior a director of Islamic centre mosque of Derby Have spoken to mr rehmat (chairman of Islamic centre mosque regarding mr Mushtaq and his 2 sons behaviour in regard to my money) It been over 1 month now no money received I have personally spoke to b/airwaiys customer services - gave them the ticket details-they checked on their systems- no money ever received for my ticket from m-travel- ticket was voided- meaning like it was never issued From this whole episode I’m suffering severe stress- depression In my opinion this travel agent is a professional scammer & using tactics to avoid giving my money back Avoid at all cost !!! Genuine story please advice me

   WOULDN'T USE ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. we as a family have been using this travel agency for as long as we can remember. The customer service most importantly by mr mohsin himself is second to none. Very punctual with answering the phone. I have been tempted many times to use online alternatives due to minor price differences but luckily have gone with these guys and have been proven with the right choice always as in the time of adversity and uncertainty these guys always come the rescue. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TRAVELLING TO CHOOSE THIS AGENCY AS YOUR GO TO TRAVEL AGENTS. for a headache free and peace of mind experience when on holiday. Should have given 7 stars if available.

   I have been using Mushataq Travels for over 7 years and have never in all that time found the need to use anyone else. They always provide upto date information and notify me if there have been any cancelations or change of travel times well before the airlines notify me. I would highly reccommend them based on thier good value ticket prices, level of professionalism and knowledge of the traveling field. They completley take away the stress that comes with last minute bookings and always find a way to get me home no matter whereever i find myself in the glode. Kind regards guys keep up the good work

   Booked tickets with Mushtaq Travels. Flights got cancelled due to PIA ban. Mushtaq Travels tried taking £75 per ticket as administration fee even though we did not cancel the tickets. PIA gave full refund back to Mushtaq Travels. Mushtaq Travels were very rude and had poor customer service. Would not recommend as they caused a great deal of stress in this current climate.
