Very quiet little village near Beaulieu, cruise is small but just nice and not expensive. Lovely marina, nice pub and cafe, you can also hire kayak/paddleboard

Loved the trip down the Beaulieu River, the staff on board were really helpful polite and informative. The trip lasted about 20 minutes. Highly recommend it

Went for a trip on the boat. Asked for a family ticket at £20.00 as there were 2 grand parents, 2 adults and 1 child. (A family) the guy taking the money said he couldn't do that as there was only one child. It then cost me £32.00. Rip off.
Really nice little river cruise, only a short ride but good views, informative commentary, friendly crew, and a nice way to spend time, especially on a hot day. Also some good bird spotting if you're a binoculars fan (like me)
Excellent trip. Most informative commentary in a very clear presentation. Only issue being the many elderly patrons with just one small seat to wait on. After the tiring walk to the pontoon a considerable number were looking to sit whilst awaiting the arrival of the boat. Coach parties make this river trip a most interesting part of their tour. Unfortunately the facilities are not supportive of those waiting.
I've never met a river boat captain who was so informative, clear and concise about the local history of Bucklers Hard and the pretty Beaulieu River. Shame the boat trip wasn't longer because there is so much history. Worth it
