Emily did a brilliant job organising the trip to Sicily for 4 experienced but older travellers. Despite problems with hotels which were suddenly fully booked after we’d paid everything went smoothly, the flights worked and the hotels were perfect. I’d certainly use New Era again.

What a team!! Nothing too much trouble, ever. Our guides and driver worked tirelessly throughout our entire trip to ensure that everyone had the most enjoyable experiences. We were a coach party of about 50 persons - stops en-route were well spaced and very well managed, arrangements on the ground were efficiently managed, everything perfect. The hotel chosen by New Era was clean, well-appointed and contained everything needed for a very comfortable stay. I loved my first experience of travel with New Era and indeed coach journeys and would have no hesitation in recommending New Era's collective services to others.
Visited New Era Travel to collect a brochure firstly on Channel Island holidays. With their guidance, we booked a great holiday on Jersey, narrowing down my hotel options on location and budget. They dealt with me in a very professional and personal way. When they said they'd ring me back, they always did and I felt I'd been dealt with so pleasantly. I was tasked to organise a trip for 6 friends and popped in to see Vicki in New Era Travel with no specific plan or idea of where to start. She was amazing; we went through a wide range of mini breaks that would be suitable for six ladies and finally decided upon a trip to Hotel Dulac et Duparc at Lake Garda. The return flight times were not great but Vicki made a suggestion to spend the final day exploring Verona until the evening flight and it really did finish off a superb few days nicely! We decided we wanted to book a cruise through a travel agent. We popped into New Era and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We wanted to do a Norwegian cruise to see the Northern Light. We had looked on line but it became very confusing. Jordan was brilliant, went through different options with us. He called the cruise operator we decided to go with and managed to get it cheaper to fly from Bournemouth to Bergen rather than Gatwick to start our cruise. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back when we book our holidays in future.
