Great service from the team at Kuoni. They assisted me with flights for my family for a European holiday. The prices were very competitive, booking extremely easy and service that was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
We had the pleasure of booking our honeymoon through Kuoni Winchester, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Mark was helpful, insightful and informative and we were given all the information needed. We realised half way through the honeymoon that we were in a different room to the one described, but it wasn’t an issue. We raised it with Mark who raised a case with their customer service team, and within 2 weeks we had a reply and the case was solved. The way it was dealt with was very professional and speedy. We will definitely be using Kuoni in the future and can highly recommend them. Thank you!
Unfortunately we had an issue with Kuoni on our very expensive safari holiday. The main reason for booking with Kuoni was on the basis that this was a private safari experience and it would only be us in the car on the game drives. Emma understood this was a deal breaker for us and confirmed our safari experience was a private experience and this was confirmed in an email that their packages are “private experiences”. However, once we arrived we were misled about this and unfortunately, and to deal with it on our lifetime holiday. We had an amazing experience with Governors Camp Collection and I have to say, they dealt with it brilliantly. They argued it for us and paid for the remainder of our holiday as it was sold; private. The manager said continue with your drives and we will sort this for you. Kuoni really didn’t budge, and for that reason, we will never go with you again. All we recieved was a quick call after the holiday from the branch, with excuses being made, one being that Emma no longer works there. This just wasn’t acceptable. We had email proof with how the holiday was sold, so there really shouldn’t have been any issue. Do not misled customers. Use the wording from the Governors Camp website if you’re selling their packages. We will be going back to Governors as it was a truly magnificent experience, but we will be booking directly through them. The team was fantastic and actually cared about making you happy. Truly disappointed with Kuoni on this. Just make sure you get everything clarified and in writing - ask questions! You don’t want to sort out these issues on your holiday. Luckily we asked these questions and GCC completely agreed with us.
I wanted to call out Karen Munro at Kuoni Winchester. Her knowledge of destinations, putting together a tour for us, her attention to detail and knowledge. Really impressed. Through the process of the itinerary, to the booking and the follow ups. Brilliant. And thank you.
For fear of missing out a single detail, all I can say is our experience with Kuoni Winchester was exceptional. From the moment we sat down with Denise, right up until our trip to Kenya (very sadly) ended, Denise and the team were always on hand to answer any questions. We can’t wait to book our next trip!
Everyone at Kuoni Winchester, is an absolute delight! They greet us like old friends and we most certainly feel that they truly are friends. They are incredibly professional and make each visit an event. We feel completely safe in their hands and we enjoy a fabulous holiday each year, and this year will be our tenth in a row with the amazing team at Winchester. If you are considering booking a holiday we encourage you to pop into see these guys, as at the very least, you will leave with a spring in your step from a fabulous interaction with these special people.
Our favourite travel agent, we've used them almost exclusively for the last 10 years and have had some amazing trips with Kuoni. Nothing is too much trouble, all the holidays are special and always go smoothly and without a hitch. The Winchester team are amazing, we love popping in to say hi or have a chat, everyone is so welcoming and we feel like part of a family. Highly recommended.
