   Went to the store this AM. Felt it was worth the wait as it was busy and the store came recommended. I waited 45minutes but after someone jumped the line, and when I approached the staff member and customer, the staff member which looked to be the manager didn't even want to apologise or deal with the matter and left it to the customer to talk. They were happy to loose my business and let me leave. No wonder people use the Internet and competitors. 2 hours wasted on them today. Poor form.

   Always incredibly helpful and polite staff when I have popped in to enquire about various things, I booked my trip through the Southampton branch but find the staff at the Winchester branch to be fantastic. Always have the answers to the questions and very proactive in chasing people for the help you require with a booking. Could not recommend Trailfinders and particularly this branch enough.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. When our flight times changed unexpectedly, Trailfinders neglected to inform us, resulting in our nearly missing our return flight from the US. After I originally posted this comment, Trailfinders offered me compensation (refunding a tiny percentage of the amount we spent with them), provided I took down the negative review. However, since they have since flouted GDPR and ignored my subject access request, I feel others should be aware of their practices before booking with them. Please note, despite the response to this review by the company, no 'gesture of goodwill' was offered, and the ICO have confirmed that Trailfinders did not act appropriately in accordance with GDPR.

   Normally we don't use a travel agent but having used Trailfinders in Winchester to book our honeymoon, we are converted! Lisa was so lovely, helpful and knowledgable. We have just got back from the best honeymoon trip to Mauritius, made all the more special by the unique places Lisa was able to recommend. Trailfinders made the whole process much easier and Lisa called to check in before we went and when getting home (I missed this call but thanks for your VM, sorry)! We also got some amazing honeymoon deals/ discounts on this holiday and think our whole trip was such great value for money. Highly recommend for convenience, advice and trip security, thank you so much!
