   Booked from Australia so it was stressful not knowing if we were doing the right thing. Nick was very professional, gave us some great ideas for tours to suit our group and provided a perfect vehicle that gave enough space to sit comfortably and store our luggage. A welcome addition was bottled water for all passengers as the day was very warm. The driver and nick kept in regular contact from the time of booking to them picking us up dockside. The driver was first class and was happy to help us wherever possible. Thank you guys, your great service made a perfect end to our UK trip, getting us to the airport in great time without feeling rushed. Definitely will use them again when we return to the UK.

   Booked with this company while in Australia, so it’s always stressful not knowing what kind of service will actually be provided. I need not have worried. From the first contact with Nick, I was left assured that this company was professional and could provide what we needed. We were a group of four adults with suitcases and hand luggage needing some sightseeing to fill our day between alighting our cruise ship at 9 am in Southhampton and catching our international flight at 10.30 pm at Heathrow. Nick organised a roomy Mercedes minivan for us, no squashing involved, and a fabulous itinerary taking in Avebury Stone Circle, its museum and gardens, a stop for lunch in the neighbouring pub and then a visit to the Berkshire Aviation Museum before driving to Heathrow. Leading up to the job, Nick kept in regular contact and so did his driver, both of whom were very professional and efficient. If we ever need their services again, I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them.

   When NCL cancelled a port on our cruise and no new excursions appeared for several months. We booked our own excursion to the Sapphire Bombay distillery. With transportation an issue, I searched for options and came across Southhampton Cruise Tour Company which lead us to Nick. We book our transportation through him and were immensely glad that we did. He was a totally pleasure to work with and was very enlightening on our trip with information about the area and general conversations about the area. If I were to ever go back to the area, I would seek out Nick at South Hampton tours and definitely use him again. What a pleasure it was to converse with him and kudos to his knowledge of the area.    Our experience with Southampton Cruise Tours was 5☆! We arranged private chauffer service from Heathrow to Southampton and it was stellar. Top notch comfort, beautiful Mercedes, pleasant driver, excellent customer service and safe driving. Fantastic way to begin our vacation. We also arranged a custom transfer from Southampton to Highclere Castle (Downton Abby) with Nick. He is delightful. He provided commentary along the way to and from, so professional. He really shows how much he loves his job. Nick was also there upon our return after a 2 week cruise aboard the Caribbean Princess cruising the British Isles. He picked us up at the cruise terminal and transferred us to our hotel at Heathrow Airport. Very comfortable way to end our adventure. No worries and again ever the professional. You can not go wrong with Southampton Cruise Tours. We felt like Royalty! Nick will take excellent care of you. Until next time....Cheers!
