   My son & I went on a 3 day trip to London in August 2023. I think I was still in shock of paying £17 for 2 hotdogs at the British Museum. I left my phone on the coach and my Kindle in our room at the Holiday Inn Kensington. I called Hythe & Waterside Coaches to let them know I'd left my phone on the coach. Within a hour the coach driver Terry, brought my phone to me. Later that evening I realised that my Kindle was missing. I contacted the hotel and was told they had my Kindle. I arranged for UPS to collect my Kindle from the hotel. After 2 failed UPS collections, I contacted H&W coaches to see if they could help me get my Kindle back. They arranged for my Kindle to be posted back to me. I would 100% recommend H&W coaches for anyone looking for either a day trip or short break. The customer service they provided was exemplary. From our driver Terry to all of their representatives that I've had contact with were absolutely brilliant.

   Waterside Tours in Hythe are brilliant. Every year they provide a selection of day and short stay coach trips to suit everyone needs and interests. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Myself and my family have made bookings for this Summer and we know that we will enjoy our days out

   We went on the Emmerdale and Coronation Street tour last weekend, we had a fabulous time, firstly we were the first pick up and were greeted by Howard, he was friendly and a credit to the company. The coach done a few pickups and then we were on our way, plenty of comfort stops along the way, the hotel was very nice with a lovely spacious room, the first tour was Coronation Street which was very enjoyable, although the reason for our trip was Emmerdale which was fantastic, we were greeted by an enthusiastic Holly who took us on the tour of the village, we were allowed to take lots of photos and the trip was not rushed, we can thoroughly recommend it and enjoyed our time away and look forward to the next trip.

   Brilliant company to book any trips with, very friendly high street shop you can just walk into and they always smile, price guided leaflets for day trips and holiday brochures with full pick up lists included, very cheap prices and great value for money (Especially the special price trips), coaches are always clean and comfortable with working toilets onboard and tea/coffee taps/sink basins on board (A7 HWC/A9 HWC have caravan style kitchens fitted with cupboards and a fridge at the back) Seat numbers here are the easiest seats to find (Rows 1-12 with ABCD across the seats not 1-53 and hard to find like a lot of other companies) drivers are knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs, what more can I say? Only gripe I have is that I wish waterside pickups went further out and not just confined to the local area like Fawley, Hythe, Marchwood, Totton etc etc.
