   We booked a jet2 holiday to Valletta Malta with Hays. The service we received from Hays and Jet2 was excellent. From booking the holiday with the help if Aaran to the printing of our boarding passes everything was made easy . It’s the first time I’ve used a travel agent , usually being an independent traveller but would highly recommend Hays for a stress free service.

   Having booked and experienced a very poor quality holiday through Hays with Jet2 holidays Hays have washed their hands on any responsibility even though they openly admit the holiday was falsely advertised by Jet2. It has taken the best part of 6 months to get a response which is supposed to be within 1 month. The response I was given by Hays staff was to take out a court claim
