The only thing is that the ladies at the reception are nice, the doctors are unfortunately a disaster, I have no idea what online course they completed, ignoring the patient is standard there. In this clinic, even though you have concerns, you explain that everything is fine for them Secondly, blood results should be shown to the patient, I think it's far from European clinics. And the worst is Dr. Anindo, I recommend avoiding her like the plague. My daughter ended up in the hospital a few years ago because of her and now she has been ignored again. I think more training courses would be useful there

Tema Formal complaint – repeated prescriptions without investigation despite ongoing symptoms Dear Practice Manager, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the care my wife has received at Woodside Medical Group. I am submitting this complaint with her full knowledge and consent. For over a year, my wife has been experiencing persistent leg pain with visibly protruding veins, as well as ongoing head pain. These symptoms have significantly affected her daily life, wellbeing, and ability to function normally. My wife has attended multiple GP appointments at this practice over an extended period seeking help for these symptoms. Despite repeated consultations, no definitive diagnosis has been made and no appropriate diagnostic investigations have been arranged. Instead, medications have been repeatedly prescribed without any investigation into the underlying cause of her symptoms and without clear explanation of what condition is being treated. At her most recent appointment on 19 December 2025, medication was once again prescribed without any diagnostic tests, imaging, or referral being arranged. During previous consultations, my wife was advised that further investigation might be considered in approximately one year, despite her symptoms already having persisted for over a year. We are extremely concerned that this represents an ongoing delay in investigation rather than appropriate clinical management. At multiple appointments, her symptoms have been dismissed with reassurance that “there is nothing wrong,” despite visible venous changes and ongoing pain. This has left her distressed, unsupported, and without a clear management plan. We believe this pattern of care raises serious concerns regarding patient safety, delayed diagnosis, and the appropriateness of continuing to prescribe medication without understanding the cause of her symptoms. We respectfully request: A full review of my wife’s care at Woodside Medical Group Appropriate diagnostic investigations to identify the cause of her symptoms Consideration of referral to relevant specialists (for example, vascular and/or neurological assessment) Clear communication regarding diagnosis, treatment rationale, and next steps My wife is not seeking emergency treatment. She is seeking responsible, evidence-based assessment and to have her long-standing symptoms properly investigated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response. Yours sincerely

Been with this GP for far too long considering it's a TERRIBLE GP but I think I have finally reached my wits end and am looking for a new GP. In the process of putting in several formal complaints in touching up on all the different things I've had occur to me and my family whilst being with them. Avoid like the plague. Would NOT recommend, unless you hardly have anything wrong with you or are barely ill. Then you'll be fine. If you also like to be belittled, degraded, being discriminated against or your nationality assumed, go for it! :) (Editing 10 months later, as I haven't managed to change GP but that's away to change, I just got a phone call from dear lovely Shona the head of the complaints or whatever, after I've put in a complaint against one of their sexist, arrogant doctors, and she phoned me to say he's right and I'm wrong, of course. Don't bother with this place, honestly, save yourself the hustle...)

From the start of February until the 1st of March. I’ve phoned 27x, multiple times per day just to talk to someone & got zero answer or zero help, receptionists are soo rude. It’s like they are offended they have to answer the phone. It makes me want to change doctors. it’s honestly pathetic

We have been waiting on the, so called doctors, to sign off and send a death certificate to the Aberdeen register office. We are still waiting and the distress this has caused my wife, as it’s her mother that passed away, is truthfully, horrendous. The service is this Friday and if we don’t get this soon we will have to cancel the service and also, my wife’s mother is still in storage in the fridge, as it were, and nobody has been able to view her. The incompetence is the lowest I’ve ever seen and if this is how they deal with the departed, god only knows how they treat the sick. Today is Tuesday the 21st of February clock is ticking and still nothing after several days, yes days, of calling. Update: Registry office informed us that Woodside medical group DIDN'T send the death certificate like they claimed they did. They obviously could not care in the slightest. Incompetent, training, communication, zero. All I can say is, whoever is registered there, good luck!!!. Following up on the above. We have been informed that the death certificate was sent from the practice and it was the council who got this wrong. The council assured us it never came through but the practice has proof that they did send it. The practice called my wife to assure her they did what was needed from their end as they take issues such as this, very seriously. It was good of them to call my wife to clear this issue up. My initial review was quite scathing but this was quite a stressful week, especially for my wife. That being said, hopefully this is a one off and the council will be more aware in the future.

Very poor service. Very poor customer service at the front, very unfriendly staff. They are mean and very unhelpful (especially blond lady). They don't have my recommendation. I did send email to your practice a few days ago and never heard anything back from you. I can says practice manager doesn't care about patients. Practice manager is unhelpful unpleasant and very mean as well.
