I usually get a level 3 student to cut my hair who always does a good job very professional and always supervised. I would definitely recommend to anyone they would get a good hair cut at a reduced cost to the High Street and also help with training
Ellie has been my hairdresser for a couple of years and is wonderful, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. But before lockdowns, The Salon had always give great service. Reasonably priced (less than a lot of highstreet salons), friendly (led by Alison - Thank you), giving the opportunity to learn to students whilst keeping clients foremost and checking any student interactions in a polite and respectful way to both student and client. I love my haircut by Jo. I was not quite sure how I wanted in cut, but she made sense of my ideas and delivered a fantastic result. The salon is always well kept and the staff are all very polite and friendly.
Overall had the most amazing experience today at the salon thanks to the lovely, professional therapist called Lily Mae. I had the Hot Stone back,neck and shoulder massage, it was by far the the best massage I have ever had in my life!. The massage was extremely thorough and the pressure was just perfect for me. The staff are so friendly and professional, I felt welcome from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lily Mae and the salon. I will most definitely be back!
Fantastic salon with brilliant and caring staff. I legit got the best hair cut of my life here, no exaggeration! Really good service from beginning to end, with hair washing and a bit of a head massage thrown in to the price of a cut. I had a better experience here than I've had at far more expensive places. A particular shout out to Jo who cut my hair and who listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy with it all the way through!
