    Never have issues getting an appointment. You’re treated with dignity and understanding from reception staff. You’re guided if you don’t quite know what to do but you’re consulted and involved if you feel you can give an input. Dr Charleson is an absolute angel, she has supported me physically and emotionally for 4 years now and I’m finally in the right place after crap treatment at a previous practice. My partner often gets Dr Sutherland who is a good laugh and makes the process feel less intimidating and clinical which eases a lot of anxiety for people. I’ve only briefly seen Dr Houston, Dr Meechan and Dr McKay who we’ve both had good experiences with. The only one I haven’t seen is Dr Sharp but who I’ve heard is excellent and popular with patients. If you land up in the catchment area for this practice, you’ve landed lucky. It’s more or less similar to the care you’d get going private.

    This practice is excellent from the friendly efficient front desk to excellent doctors. Everyone is patient. Knowledgeable and polite. The surgery has hand gel on entry and receptionist gives you face mask if required. Clean and spacious. First class service

    This has to be one of the best medical practices I have been with. After the pandemic I have Never had a problem getting an appointment quickly. I know alot of practices still dont even open there doors to clients. The staff are amazing and friendly. Iv never reviewed a surgery or health place before but had to after my appointment today 'I'm just to impressed.
