   Moved to the area in July, I've been trying to get an appointment since then for a few different reasons, mainly for asthma and a broken foot that im still unable to walk on properly a year on from my little tumble down a big hill. Every day I have rung (since the time it opens to the time it shuts) I have not once been able to get through. Every time it's line busy. How is anyone meant to get an appointment? Extremely frustrating!

   I would like to keep this anonymous for respect of privacy whom this involves. This is the second time that my friend has gone to this gp for consistant concerns of physical pains, e.g “ribs felt as if they popped out of place”, first time got sent away and told to do “stretches” which therefore resulted in more pain. Went back again and was told the exact same and not once taken seriously which is unacceptable especially as it is a child under 18 coming alone and venerable.
