Joining the Small Group Personal Training sessions led by Blair has been a revelation. You are guided through the planned exercises with demonstration and explanation of each movement, the focus being on your own ability. Music is on and there is plenty of chat but not to distract. This is fun. Blair’s strength lies in his knowledge and patience ensuring your moves are performed correctly. l have complete trust to challenge myself with Blair’s guidance in this safe environment. The benefits go way beyond the session, l am stronger, energised and feel great. Thank you.

I have been attending ICPC Health for a number of years now under the wonderful Ali Middleton for issues with my pelvic floor, menopause and lower back. I cannot describe enough the difference it has made to my overall health both physical and mental. Ali has an excellent knowledge on how to treat all these areas but most importantly she is a caring and supportive person who always looks for answers. Over the past two years I feel have made significant improvements in all areas, through on going changes to programmes. Through acupuncture, exercises and hands on releasing of muscles I am now at a stage where I know exactly what to do and who to see!! She has also introduced me to a wonderful supportive group who considers many of the different aspects of the menopause. I fully recommend this practice

Following surgery for prostate cancer I contacted Alison Middleton to assist with my recovery, the information and advice I received from Alison greatly helped my rehabilitation and within a relatively short period of time we were able to resolve the issues caused by my surgery. I particularly appreciated Alison's positive attitude which helped put my mind at rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alison and the service I received from ICPC Health

Jane was recommended to me almost 2 years ago when I was in need of rehabilitating due to ongoing prolapsed discs and nerve pain which was stopping me from being active. Jane grasped my history of back issues and set me on an engaging journey of exercises, she is full of knowledge and if something isn't working it's changed quickly, I have grown in strength and confidence and will continue to see Jane for future benefit. There have been a few curve balls throughout the last year or so, which Jane always deals with professionally and with certainty - leaving me feeling confident and assured. I would highly recommend icpc Health, a lovely team from the moment you walk in the door.

I experienced a shoulder injury June 22, had an op in September 22 and have since had a full recovery thanks to the fantastic support and advice from Colin Davidson. Having never never been to a physio prior to hurting my shoulder, everything was new to me but the whole process from booking appointments to rescheduling appointments or contacting them with any problems I was having… was all very well organised, everyone I encountered was approachable and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was referred through BUPA for physio to treat shoulder pain. After five sessions with Colin the improvement is dramatic. I’m carrying on with my exercises and I’m ever so grateful for the help. The clinic is easy to find, parking at the door and all the staff I met are lovely. I would not hesitate in recommending ICPC. Thanks Colin.

We had a few visits to see Alison to help with some issues. After the doctor and other sources, which were all unsuccessful, Alison gave us the light at the end of the tunnel. She was a fantastic help and we've finally made really significant progress when we really were feeling there was nothing we could do. Thank you!

I visited the Kintore clinic after having a recent hysterectomy. Ally was so helpful, understanding and quickly ascertained exactly how she could help in my recovery. She's very personable and after a few sessions of advice and physio exercises I was coping a lot better and healing well. I would 100% ICPC and have started online pilates with Ruth too.

Just before Christmas 2021, I had my prostate and various lymph nodes removed following a diagnosis of prostate cancer. I am a 59 year old male. I received fantastic care in ARI but was only in hospital for 1 night. I was then discharged with instructions to do pelvic floor exercises to help regain full continence. In fact, I had started the exercises long before my operation but once you are discharged there is not really anyone to oversee that part of the recovery. Wanting to give myself the absolute best chance of recovering full bladder control quickly, I went to see Alison Middleton at ICPC Health in Kintore. I probably had about 10 appointments between December and May. During these appointments, Alison made sure I was doing the pelvic floor exercises correctly and offered suggestions as to how to do them better and to greater effect. Equally important, she offered continued encouragement and support which meant so much to me. She also gave me advice on changes to my diet which helped my general health and recovery at the time. I believe that these appointments with Alison were vital in recovering my continence so quickly (no pads after the end of January!) as well as providing great support for my mental health which did struggle at times. The opportunity to just sit and chat at length is great. I would thoroughly recommend Alison to anyone in my position or similar. She provided a fantastic service and I am truly grateful to her for it.
