   Excellent service given by pharmacy Pharmacist checked my blood pressure and it was high and I was given 24 hour monitor to take home for my blood pressure. My blood pressure was very high according to readings. Pharmacist advised me to go to GP and i got the medication for hypertension. Team was cery helpful I am very thankful to the team.

   They said my prescription would be 10 minutes .it actually took 39 minutes ..absolute joke .the woman on the front desk went to the toilet & for a walk in store to look at something. I heard her say this .basically hardly on the front desk .people were waiting to be seen & ask for there prescriptions & there was nobody around.get a bell at least..so they were waiting to give over there order . Before actually waiting to get there order. Disgusting service .say service lightly

   Called to collect emergency prescription from Asda pharmacy Spondon this morning but was turned away by sales assistant despite being arranged via 111. It was definitely not service with a smile! The lady needs to brush up on her customer service skills as she was rude, unwelcoming and dismissive.

   Poor service, first time used for my treat prescriptions… only to get home to find half of it missing with no mention that there was an issue. Tried calling so that I didn’t have to make an unnecessary trip but they can’t be bothered to answer the phone… looks like I’m changing back to my previous pharmacy. They get it correct and answer the phone.

   Went to the pharmacy on my lunch break at 12, asked if i could have my contraception sorted out as if forgotten to order from my original pharmacy. Got told to come back at around 4 as the doctor was stood at the customer service til and was then going on her break so wouldn’t be done in time. I then finished work at 4 and got in the queue for 4:05. waited 15 minutes then got told she’s going on her second break and said i was told to come at 4. The wait times are always ridiculous and you are never greeted nicely. Yes okay i could’ve prefers my pills on time but sometimes you forget.

   The elderly pharmacist is ok but the other lady is extremely rude. They didn't have Beechams and took nearly 5 minutes to say so. The pharmacist told me very rudely "can't you see she's talking to you?", referring to the elderly lady, when I momentarily glanced away as I was feeling utterly miserable from the cold.

   The worse. they never pick up professional phone calls. I have spent two days trying to phone them. Still on the phone day 3, nobody is picking up but service is open. absolutely appalling

   Waited for 20 minutes for prescription that was sent from doctors 4 days ago. Total chaos, others not receiving full prescriptions, and complaining,. NO customer service. If they had told me there was a problem I would not had been so cross and might have been more patient. Have now changed chemists.

   This isn't my usual pharmacy, but I would expect the same standards across all pharmacies. That would include the fact they keep you standing around waiting to be served while they hide in the back pretending they haven't seen you! You then get to stand there waiting for 20 minutes while they sort out your prescription, the slowest people I've ever seen. I honestly wouldn't have bothered if it weren't for the fact nowhere else was open near me!! I went to pick up my neighbours medication another week, which was already preordered, it took them forever to find it. My neighbour has switched pharmacies now to my usual one and she was shocked at how fast and professional they were, which is quite sad really!!!

   Maybe If they could be bothered to answer the phone would help. 22 calls while I am at work. Not one answered. Just need to know if they have stock of my sons meds but will see when partner finishes day at work and makes special trip if they have stock. Not difficult to answer a phone is it !!
