   I have to say I received excellent service from this pharmacy for their kind and polite attitude. I used this pharmacy as it was next door to the appointment for my son. I was greeted warmly by the staff member Amna who I would like to say a special thank you for being kind and attentive to my child who wasn’t feeling well and she cheered him up whilst we waited for our prescription.

   Disgusting service. went in today for medication that was issued over avweek ago to the chemist and there just making the script now. when confronting them as to why its taken 7 days to do it. there response is that there understaffed. there no that busy when standing around talking in there own languange. not very professional. to say they want a little understanding this is the fourth time in a couple months. there not a small company and seem to have different staff each time im there. also be carefull when you get your medication that the pharmacist doesnt give you the wrong strength especially a controlled drug which this is cat 5 one

   Awful experience, they never let me know that they couldnt do the flu jab. Other elderly customers were turned away on the day also. It was awful the way we were treated. Worse still we are unable to re book, as this pharmacy STILL has not cancelled our original booking. Would NOT recommend.

   Very disappointed with Jhoots Pharmacy. My mother, who is diabetic, had a confirmed appointment for her NHS flu jab today, but when she arrived, she was told there were no vaccines left. This is unacceptable — the appointment should have been cancelled or patients informed in advance. Wasted her time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

   I have just taken my elderly nanna to this pharmacy as she had an appointment for her covid and flu vaccinations. On arrival we were greeted at the desk, not by a 'hello can i help' etc but a lady who just stood there. My nanna said she had an appointment for her vaccinations today at half 10. The lady just said 'you will have to rebook as the pharmacy isn't able to do it today. Still no apology! I then asked why we hadn't been notified about this so we didn't have a wasted journey and her reply was 'the pharmacist is looking into it'! Still no apology at this point. Me and my nanna felt the lady was very rude and and was not very helpful at all. We are now trying to rebook elsewhere as we both felt very unwelcome.

   States opens 8.30 but its not open till 9 picking a prescription up takes a minimum of 30 minutes tables are always missing

   I waited for over 30 minutes to buy paracetamol oral suspension for a baby. There were only 4 people in the queue collecting prescriptions. Staff seem to be wondering about lackadaisically whilst gossiping about trivial nonsense. When I was eventually served, the member of staff who was not wearing even a name badge showed a complete lack of medical product knowledge. Perhaps a member of staff manning the till at all times is a good start?

   Had an excellent experience yesterday. They obtained a difficult to source prescription item, but also had the forethought to order some in advance for my next repeat prescription. Friendly and helpful staff.

   I have never had a problem for 5+years with this pharmacy until the new manager/pharmacist took over in December. With out notifying us they just stopped the delivery of both my wife’s and my own medications, I was told it’s “to far away”, it’s only 1.2 miles, leaving us without medication and waiting for our delivery. I was very disappointed with this service so I have now changed to another pharmacy
