Lovely welcome from staff in a large, clean and bright store. Optometrist was clear and calm, and worked excellently with my young son. Spectacle layout and offers were explained clearly. The whole experience was really relaxed with no pressure or urgency, and I look forward to returning soon to choose some glasses
Excellent! Reception staff very friendly & efficient. Young Lady Optician was equally friendly + professional & put one @ ease. She explained when examining eyes her actions & also all the equipment being used during the whole examination process. Delightful service all round.
Highly recommend. Routine eye test - got appointment within 2 weeks. Greeted on arrival, taken straight through to appointment. Isobel was really lovely, professional and very efficient. I felt like she really took her time to explain everything to me and to get her assessment correct. The new store is big, roomy and welcoming too. I also went in recently to get my glasses fixed as I had accidentally sat on them and again I was greeted straight away and all the staff were super friendly and efficient.
My experience at Specsavers was very good the staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process really smooth. The eye test was thorough, and I felt confident in the care I received. The only thing I would change is the extra charge for the in-depth eye photos. It would be great if that service were included as part of the standard test, since it’s such an important part of monitoring eye health.
