Consistently useless, always long queues, always unenthusiastic staff. Switched to Wilsons down the way, far better.
Went into today to ask if they had a product. The lady behind the desk went "oh, is there not a sign?" and spends 30 seconds finding a sign which says it's closed between 4.30pm and 5pm before saying to me "we're closed". Won't be coming back, Wilsons are much friendlier.
I visited this pharmacy with a valid prescription written in English by a doctor. I was treated with complete lack of respect and kindness. The staff was rude and dismissive, even though I was clearly asking for help and not feeling well. In a healthcare setting, a minimum level of empathy and professionalism is expected. I do not recommend this pharmacy, especially for foreign visitors or those in vulnerable situations.
The pharmacists are excellent and have helped me with my prescription as I have to visit regular. Unfortunately one of the pharmacy assistants needs some training in customer service skills as she's always in a bad mood and treats me like an inadequate human being! Manners do not cost anything. The rest of the staff are excellent but I think its time for the one in question to retire if she can't complete the most basic of tasks without atleast faking a smile. Thankyou :)
I would like to say that the lady at the pharmacy named Jo was very helpful.I had been to 5 Pharmacies last night for antibiotics but none had them and they were very blunt . Although Jo did not have them either she at least showed empathy thank you
The African pharmacist doesn't particularly like shopping baskets.
Me and my daughters were 2nd in the queue this morning after a gentleman. The pharmacy assistant served and elderly women who just came in, pretending she didn't see and us, racist staff.
This pharmacy has improved a lot awhile ago I didn't rate it much, But another try and must say improved a lot.
I had forgotten to bring tablets with me while away from home. Asda Sinfin was my nearest pharmacy. The staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly, not sure why somebody said long waits, they were so hard, dealing with people in really good time. Thank you so much for your help.
