Unfortunately, our night at Trilogy Southampton turned out to be disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, and it’s hard to understand the point of having tables when you can’t even leave your drink there for a moment. You come back from the dance floor to find an empty table — glasses are cleared immediately, whether they’re full or empty. Overall, it caused a lot of stress and frustration, so unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

Bouncers kicked us out wrongfully bc a girl we met threw up. They said we’ll let you back in once you make sure she’s okay. Meanwhile we were all fully sober and had tickets we paid for and were kicked out by the old bouncer guy, we told him and tried to reason with him but we’re not let back in, my birthday was ruined bc we tried to help a girl out but apparently helping someone who’s in bad condition means you can’t stay. Very disappointed and wouldn’t come again

Had the WORST experience in this club, left crying, bar staff, especially the one with the bald head so rude, door staff looking for a fight. Don't waste your time. Me and my partner went to the bar for a drink and we kissed once and was told to leave the bar and wouldn't be served, by a bald man with glasses, he said "I don't do kissing" completely immature and taking out insecurity on us clearly. Then was having a discussion couple of metres from the door and we were friendly debating something then a bouncer opened the door and misogynistically told me "not to cause a domestic" which I wasnt and I asked "what?" Because I couldn't believe my ears, he said it again, I told him that's not was was happening, he then proceeded to say it again to which I corrected him, asked me if I want to step outside, I said I'm okay. We shrugged it off confused and walked away. Next thing you know I was told I was "trespassing", I told him I'm unsure what he means, and then he said I had to leave and didn't say a word to my partner who is a male despite both being apart of the situation. I said I don't mind leaving but can I ask why. He refused to give me a straight answer (didn't have one obviously) and he physically grabbed my drink out of my hand, threw it away, then asulted me, he wrongfully without consent or reason to put his hands on me and escorted me out despite cooperation. Didn't touch my partner once, scold him, shout at him or took his drink, all directed at me for no reason. We were appalled. I worked around this area before, Trilogy has always been an awful place. I took a gamble on it, never again!

I went up to the bar to ask for a drink and the male bartender said yes sure and made me pay for my drink, he then turns around and makes two jagerbombs which wasn't my order. So I say that isn't what I ordered, he then says you haven't ordered mate, so then I pulled up my bank statement and he said that could be from any time so i didn't get my drink, that I had paid for already. Rudest hospitality employee I've ever met

I was wrongfully kicked out. I was told to move from a fire exit by security so I listened and I moved from that exit but the security put his hands on me and said that I was apparently in the wrong and to come with him even tho I did nothing wrong. I went with the security and he told me I was kicked out. I feel like I was targeted by security for no reason especially that I did nothing wrong and was made to feel like I was some disgusting person. They seriously need to look at the people that they are looking after. And the club because they are acting despicably. I hope this club listens to this and makes it a place of fun instead of a miserable one.

Someone was being aggressive towards my friend and pushing him. I step in the way and barely touch anyone just to separate them and I’m the one who got kicked out. The bouncers were rude and disrespectful and didn’t even consider the fact the should have at least pulled the both of us out. So I had to get a taxi home on my own which cost me far too much.

Probably the most enjoyable club in Southampton with 2 great rooms with consistently good music. The prices aren't great but not too bad, decent price for a club. The whole vibe is really nice and its rarely quiet.

Last night was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this club since going there on multiple occasions. One of my friends was taken to welfare due to not feeling very well. She had two drinks and was in a state in which she shouldn’t have been after two drinks. The welfare team are meant to be first aid trained and help people if they are clearly unwell. Well this is not the case in trilogy. The welfare person left the room and left me the girl and two other friends unattended so that he could go and chat to his friends outside the door. How she felt was clearly not right and she needed to be checked over. When the welfare person was in the room he couldn’t care less he was just stood there watching as we are caring for the girl a lot more than what he was when he’s meant to be trained in this field. We later went on to try get an ambulance called for this girl but was told we couldn’t and was sent to multiple different people and no one had an answer for us or they told us no. I think this is ridiculous and the staff clearly need re training. The security couldn’t care less and all they cared about was us leaving the club and not waiting for our friend. They then proceeded to let this girl leave in a taxi and not let her friends waiting know until we physically went up to the security guard and asked. I’m appalled at the way we were treated yesterday and I won’t be revisiting this club again.

They just kick people out for no reason. I talked to a bunch of people and the same has happened to them. Would not recommend this place as the drinks are overpriced and you can’t know for sure if you are even allowed for the whole night.

Unbelievably rude and horrible staff, the man working the door man handled and assaulted my friend for absolutely no reason at all, I’m actually disgusted by this club Kicked me out and left me own for absolutely no reason and a young female left on her own the club should’ve treated better, I will take this further the man who works on the door should absolutely not be able to have a job, and needs a lesson in respect and manners. Disgusting should be shut down
