I moved from another pharmacy in the area, due to a bad experience with them. So far this one has been great. Everytime that i've been to collect my pescription or been for another reason, the staff have been fine, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Doctors recommended their service, however, the pharmacist took half an hour of my time, asked a million irrelevant questions and then didn’t help me with my problem. She said she couldn’t help me today because she couldn’t determine what I had, she suggested I had this certain issue… I go home and google the NHS symptoms of this condition and I have non of the symptoms. She said she’d ring my doctors to get me a professional’s opinion but there were no appointments so I was backed to square one. She wasn’t kind or reassuring, very robotic experience - wouldn’t recommend.
Unprofessional staff ignorantly chit chatting about people committing benefit fraud whilst serving someone who claims benefits due to having Autism, ADHD and severe mental health issues. Very bad practice, maybe staff need more training working in a place that serve people with illnesses.
Helpful staff were friendly and got us what we needed.
Always use this pharmacy and staff always attentive and helpful.
The lady at morrisons pharmacy is very rude and got some serious attitude issues.
