    Lovely ladies who helped me to collect my prescriptions. Update: I like to give a shout to this pharmacy! The pharmacist and staff are really friendly, we are friends now and they usually have good advices on medication. I highly recommend patients to come to this pharmacy for prescription.

    This is the third instance in which I have collected my prescription only to find items missing. Most recently, out of six prescription pickups, two items were missing. Due to this recurring issue, I have decided to disassociate myself from this pharmacy. Additionally, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, I have observed that they sign on my behalf, a practice that I believe to be illegal. On multiple occasions, they have signed without providing me with the paperwork, making it uncomfortable for me to request it. Consequently, this situation has led me to unintentionally sign off on the contents of the bag without verifying them, potentially implicating them in fraudulent activities.

    I keep giving this pharmacy chance after chance. Not after today's experience, the staff are so rude. As soon as you walk through the door, you are met with miserable faces. I feel like an inconvenience to them. After enduring 18 months of cancer treatment it would be lovely to be met with a bit of kindness. A friendly approach will greatly help your business in such a financially unstable climate. Off to 'Boots' I go - the staff are lovely there!
