Easy to understand consultation and ordering process. Very good prices compared to other pharmacies I tried. Most were unable to help and kept forwarding me on to other clinics and pharmacies. I took a punt on Courier Pharmacy after reading the reviews and the reasons for some of the lower ratings (such as not posting to their area). The ratings show 88% of reviewers gave 5 stars which seemed like a good number to me. I placed my order on Saturday just after 6pm (I received an automated email order acknowledgement straight away), my consultation and order were approved on Monday which I received an email update for, and I received despatch info too. I also received Royal Mail's email to tell me the time window that it would be delivered in, and received my medication on Tuesday afternoon. It was well packaged, and a patient information leaflet was included. I'm extremely happy with the service and speed of delivery and would definitely order from Courier Pharmacy again.

Usually a good service for me but I’ve now run into some issues. Placed my order which says it has been dispatched but I have received no email regarding its delivery. Received a confirmation email but seeing as it’s now 4 days in when it supposedly takes 1-2 business days, I have cause to be concerned. Sent two queries and an email which nobody has responded to and can’t get through on the phone. I’d rather not leave such an unpleasant review but seeing as I seriously need my inhaler and have had a poor customer service experience maybe someone will be decent and kind enough to help a customer who has supported your business for its convenience but is now incredibly disheartened as well as physically discontent. If I won’t get my inhaler then I would like a refund but your policy states that you must be contacted first and not my card company which is ridiculous seeing as you don’t respond to emails or phone calls.

They take your money first and then do not deliver. In the meantime they try to keep your refund as long as possible so only pay with credit card, it keeps you protect against fraud. Try to avoid this company at all costs!

This is such a fantastic company for someone who needs their medication but hasn't got the time to visit the doctors or pharmacy in person. They are so careful about finding out medical history and provide brilliant advice regarding ordering the right medication. I recently missed a delivery of an item and it was returned to them. I emailed them to alert them and, I got a response straight away and my item was redelivered on a signed, next day basis without me needing to pay for delivery again. I am so happy with the service from them and so glad I have a reliable place to for my essential medication. Thank you Courier Pharmacy, high recommendations for anyone who wants to use them!! took £11 out of my bank, they have not sent my inhaler, I brought this on Friday and its now Wednesday, not happy had to go get inhaler elsewere. Also they don't reply to any emails, and im so annoyed that I most likely wont get my money back. I would of gave it no stars if I could.
