This place is ridiculous- long line of people, 3 people behind the counter, takes them 15cmins to assist one person at a time, they work as if it's a holiday !!!!

I brought my son in for advice first thing in morning for opening time so he wouldn't miss school. we were stood there at 9.03 with shutter still closed all the stuff still having their own little chat in front of it while seeing us waiting. Rude attitude to experience
They're usually busy so make sure to phone up atleast an hour before to get your prescription ready, never had a bad experience from over 10+ times so really recommend for belper/nearby areas
