They told me they had the medication we needed but when my daughter got there they didn’t!!! Not apologetic!!!
For the second time a prescription has taken a day to fill when every other pharmacy I have used only takes a few hours. If I hadn't gone in and pestered I still wouldn't have the antibiotics I should have started yesterday. Have changed my default pharmacy and will not be returning. Makes you wonder how many people die before they "...got a text message" saying their medication is ready.
(Poor experience/ need more training for customer service) I been waiting the pharmacy more than 30 min to get this prescription. I was bit rude I agree cuz whenever I been there they says the word no prescription yet,come back later(this is not first time) can’t go twice. only few smile on faces
I've had cause to start using Pickfords Pharmacy Shepshed again recently and I can't recommend them highly enough. Staff are always friendly helpful and professional. On one visit I was offered an appointment for a blood pressure check. Which then got uprated to a 24 hour monitor and from the results of that, they then got me an appointment within 4 hours to my GP. Who prescribed the appropriate medication. Thanks to Natalie the Pharmacist and Mags for your professionalism n great service on this!! And to all the staff for your work and continued assistance.
jay at the chemist is lovely ,one of the other staff could be a bit better trained in customer service, and telephone manner , the middle aged woman there ,the others are nice

We’ll having been standing in. Queue for ten minutes waiting for corvid jab I asked the associated if there was a problem. She asked if I had a appointment ?? I had already been asked if I was there for circus jab. Eventually she went to the area were the jabs were being given And said there’s a delay by this time 6 people were waiting. One guy had been there 20 minutes. Would advise other people going for corvid to go elsewhere terrible staff attitude place looks like a shed not good at all
I would like to thank the staff for providing the COVID vaccination service for my daughter who was very anxious. From queuing to the actual vaccination to after care, the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional and put her at ease. Highly recommend thank you!
