   Karen, the operator who helped me today, was so helpful, thorough, compassionate, supportive and helped me not feel so worried that my prescription could be obtained and delivery arranged easily. The service from Lloyds staff and the ease with which I can use the app to arrange delivery of my medications is absolutely superb. Thank you for your kind, compassionate and very professional service and support. Definitely 10/10.

   I had my first phonecall with Lloyds today regarding my new medication. Charlie was very thorough, shared all information clearly and answered all my questions patiently. She was very understanding and we had a lovely chat which was very reassuring, as I felt I am dealing with someone who knows what they are doing.

She emailed the depot abd the driver said he would come in 10 minutes. I am usually a very early riser but missed both alarm and doorbell. So so helpful Hazel

   These amateurs are in charge of supply and distribution of important medicines, yet are almost impossible to contact by either phone or email. Technical difficulties they say. The hours I've wasted trying to place a simple order. Pathetic.
