Not sure how much you can say about a pharmacy, but the staff are always polite and willing to help in anyway they can.

Can't fault the service. Meds are always ready promptly. The Dispensers/counter assistants are always very pleasant & helpful even when it's busy for them. I also found the Pharmacist on duty today very knowledgable. Great team!
Excellent service, had a consultation with the pharmacist regarding a medical issue. He was very professional, polite and very helpful. After the consultation I was prescribed antibiotics. I was very very impressed with the service. Thank you.
Will not be going back. Now using Carlton Street pharmacy which provides excellent service. Just 2 Incidents of many in last 2yrs. After handing them a repeat prescription form and it still not being sorted after 2 weeks and despite a telephone call after a week to check with, they then simply told me I needed to sort it out with surgery myself (they were not even prepared to pick the phone up themselves). They took 20mins to locate a bag of medication which they knew they had already made up in the shop. "sorry we can't find it" and had stopped looking expected me to just walk away!!! until I demanded they find the package. Unwelcoming and unapologetic staff. The place looks and sounds totally disorganised.
Normally a decent service but got to the pharmacy at 5:53pm and wanted to get my prescription. 3 minute turnaround. Yet I was told no as they are locking up to go. It says they are open until 6pm, not when they fancy it as they want to go home for bang on 6pm. I was very disappointed & now treatment has been missed because of it.
Very prompt and friendly service. The pharmacists are also very helpful and offer great advice.
