   My mrs got prescription from dentist 2days ago I’m taking to this pharmacy but they not accept because address is missing but all other details there name and dob .after I’m calling my dentist I have this issue they say other pharmacy I’m trying to other pharmacy staff are very kind and they ask me my address and more details they put their computer after they issue medicine.today I have medication issues yesterday morning but still haven’t done also staff are working too slow and unprofessional customer service

   I have been experiencing problems with my mouth for weeks and it's really affecting my life. I've seen my GP and dentist and I felt as if I was never going to get better. I went into the pharmacy today and mentioned the problem to the lady working at the counter. She patiently listened to me and decided that I should speak to the pharmacist, who came out and took me to a quieter area. The reassurance and advice that he gave to me, has helped me to cope with the issue . I've learned more about the problem today than I have in all my GP and dentist visits. To the staff at this pharmacy today...Thank you so much!

   Went in today to ask for advice. The woman who served me was very helpful and a (what looked like) trainee came over to help, but the star rating is due to the pharmacist in charge speaking to the trainee in an unprofessional manner in front of a customer. It made me feel uncomfortable and was unnecessary as he was only trying to help.

   This is a review of the COVID vaccination area at Dean & Smedley. I visited today for my booster and I was very impressed by the smoothly ran operation. It was a nicely relaxed atmosphere, not over crowded and staffed by two most amiable people. Well done to all those at D&S for organising this really well.

   PHARMACY REVIEW - I have an incurable autoimmune disease and this pharmacy, all the pharmacy staff, have been vital throughout the pandemic. Always helpful and knowledgeable, I am never made to feel like my issue is insignificant, or that I am a hindrance. I hope that their employers know how valuable these individuals are.
