   I want to make a serious complaint about the pharmacist and the entire pharmacy team on duty today. In my personal experience, their behaviour was absolutely disgraceful. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in helping, and the rest of the team showed the same attitude not one person made any effort to support, advise or treat me with basic respect. I came in needing treatment for impetigo under Pharmacy First and was met with hostility and zero professionalism. I have never experienced such unkind and unhelpful service in any healthcare setting. Based on how they acted, I genuinely do not feel this team is suitable for patient-facing roles. This was the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

   Rude pharmacist ...asked front desk if could speak to a pharmacist who asked them (whom I could see) two pharmacy talking to each other. waited five minutes...no acknowledgement from them, and they didn't come out to talk to me... No acknowledgement from them, of further interactions from front of house. So I left. Will not use them again... Poor service.

   this man was very unhelpful and very rude when asked for covid tests for a terminally ill family member and just responded with no when asked if they can do covid tests or if we can purchase from them then we asked dyou know anywhere that does do them he responded with a arrogant no and was no help and had a loud tone when saying this (this was about 12:50pm)
