A big thankyou to the staff who always go out of their way to help me out if ever there’s a problem. Also a big thankyou to the pharmacist who was there to help my granddaughter ( a student in Bedford) who was in pain whilst visiting her mother .
I had the worst experience with Brennan’s pharmacy. I ordered my repeat prescription via the NHS app that I’ve always done. I went in 3 days later to collect my medication to be told it would be ready 4:30pm that day, I didn’t get to go because I was so busy at work and can’t just go whenever they feel like getting it ready. I went the next day at around 10am to then be told it wouldn’t be ready until that evening. I explained that another pharmacist told me it would have been ready yesterday which it wasn’t. I had to collect at 6:15pm that evening! No communication and not organised. Will 100% be changing pharmacy. If you need urgent medication don’t go here otherwise you will be without.
Always found the assistants very helpful but only one of the pharmacists shows any professionalism, the others rude and up themselves. Luckily I mostly get to interact with the good one, I feel sorry for anybody who goes in at gets the other pharmacists.
Would give a zero if possible terrible customer service. Told by staff to collect meds Monday afternoon went in but not available untill the next day. Lied about when prescription was sent over as can see on app when it was done. And I found out today they shut for dinner who does that in this day and age ridiculous !!!!!
Something is wrong with the telephone?! I got cut off mid stream, called back and no one answers at all. This happened many times. And it's not the first time. Hardly good customer service! And you have to call to arrange for delivery etc. Then you get told off later on for not calling in! Who takes responsibility?
Attitude stinks !! Please have a bit more compassion, Rather than shrug your shoulders and say not my fault and walk off.. when you dont have 2 different antibiotics in stock As a patient needing meds is not the attitude they expect to receive ill or not ..
It's taken 6 days to get my repeat prescription out of Brenda's they blamed the Dr but I proved to them about they mistake, now they state its taking at least 48hrs from when your prescription is printed by them. If you need your medication urgently do not go here.
Absolutely appalling service. Only supposed to take 2 working days after day of ordering. Ordered in plenty of time and now have to go on holiday without enough medication. Thought service might have improved after they were taken over but it has not. Beyond angry
Absolutely appalling service. People needing urgent medication are waiting an hour outside as only allowing 3 in the pharmacy. Many people are not getting their full prescriptions and having to return and wait outside again at 6pm. Please use a different pharmacy as Brennan's are diabolical. I have discovered that Brennan's blame the surgery for not sending prescriptions through but actually there being sent it's Brennan's that aren't printing then out and processing them. People need to go elsewhere especially if critically dependant on your prescriptions. I don't like being negative but I am leaving an honest review.
Dreadful chemist , the staff are beyond slow , people cant move that slow naturally , and they dont watch the camera tp see if anyone is waiting they just leave you out in the rain and snow , would be -5 stars , I think it was a mistake joining it to the doctors as they dont seem to care about customers as the doctors automatically send your prescription to them . when I used to collect my dieing mums they never had all the things on the list so it was multiple trips back and forth . dreadful service
