Rude! Absolutely disgusting the way they speak to their patients! If you want people to respect you, Respect them! Rang up to complain and the manager just said sorry and put the phone down.
Friendly staff but so incredibly slow at serving, no rush at all. I had to leave my prescription behind as needed to get to another appointment.
I went up here after visiting a few other pharmacies where I couldn't get my prescription and they had it in stock which I'm so grateful for. Great staff, 2 mins and I had everything what I coming for. I'll be back again. Thank you.
This pharmacy makes up their own red tape! After a bad experience with a family member a month ago I have just been blatantly dismissed on the phone by them. They lied. They said chemists don’t accept email prescriptions since the pandemic. After speaking to another pharmacy straight away they were utterly concerned with dean and smedleys advice and refusal to give antibiotics. Getting a prescription from here is absolute stress and they dont like to help! Guess what, I have my antibiotics being emailed to a pharmacy who cares.
What a joke wouldn't give a prescription that the doctor prescribed me. Because they have 2 bottles would only give me one. Asking why I couldn't buy it. @ £12 a bottle x4 what a joke avoid at all cost. Went to boots no problem at all.
They'd usually very helpful & efficient. I have my meds delivered every week & the odd time somethings missing they get it to me as soon as they can. In store the staff are very helpful & polite. The best Phamacy around.
If you ever happen to be referred to the pharmacist called Alison at Dean & Smedley Swadlincote,, then I would think twice, she is not a very nice person at all, very approachable and unsympathetic in every way.
Just use as medicine pickup don't shop there as to expensive
Very slow service waiting for a prescription, their other pharmacy at Woodville doctors is far quicker.
Saw a lovely pharmacist today with my son about his eczema after a disappointing visit to our gp (which took place in our car) she took the time to talk to us and was very caring and helpful. Thank you
