   Just wanted to say thank you. So the pharmacist picked up on a slight mistake my GP made with my prescription. Gave me a bell to make sure I had enough medication. Thankfully my consultant gave me a hospital prescription for some additional to buy some time. Next thing I know, without me having to chase or do anything, the pharmacist has sorted it all out!! I have the correct medicine. She picked up the error, she fixed the error and now I don't have to panic or worry at all. They're also really friendly and patient when I have like a million questions lol So thank you. I do recommend this pharmacy

   This pharmacy does an amazing job under extremely difficult times within the NHS. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful despite working under huge pressures. Any negative comments on here are from people who don’t have a clue what it’s like to work in modern healthcare, and are clearly ungrateful.

   Waited 10 days for a perscribe, meaning I had to go a couple of days without daily medication I rely on. Rang for 3 consecutive days and nobody answered the phone despite constantly ringing, drove up there to be told its still not ready and had to wait 15 mins. Eventually told it was ready so got it and went home and then discovered they'd forgotten 1 of my medications and have to go back tomorrow now. This isn't a one off either, it's every month it happens. Staff try to make themselves look busy when in actual fact there just faffing around, I'm sick of it the place has gotten worse over the last few months and it's unacceptable and something needs to change. I'm so annoyed about it and it gives me anxiety every time I have to go up, I dread it in fact and should be made for feel this way. The amount of upset or angry customers I hear and see up. there is phenomenal, every time I go there.

   Not a complaint about the service, a complaint about the opening hours. When you work from 9.00 till 6pm and work thirty minutes away (taking into account traffic) and the chemist is open from 9 till 6.30, no late night and closed on a Saturday, it's not exactly user friendly. Sury one late night and a half day Saturday would be helpful.

   The shop did not open until 7 mins after 9, late! I was first in the queue when opened and after 15 minutes waiting people who came in after me were being dispensed their Rx. I asked when mine would be ready and they said another 15 minutes. I had a business call at 9.30 and had to leave. When I mentioned this to the staff the attitude was poor, not their problem. Shocking service
