Absolutely dreadful. I have tried contacting them by every form of touchpoints that they offer - Bots, Telephone, Email. They never respond back. I wanted to do a Will with them - but after almost two months of asking them to get back to me - nothing. They are either so busy or incompetent. I would imagine the latter.
