   ery disappointing experience. The firm rarely responds to emails, and even after phone calls, they promise to get back to you but never do. Their handling of my house purchase was poor — money was still owed, and they failed to chase it up properly on my behalf. The service was slow, communication was almost non-existent, and there were several false promises along the way. I would not recommend Baker Law Solicitors based on my experience

   We had a very poor experience with this firm. When you do get through they are friendly and apparently professional but the results spoke for themselves. Their conveyancing service was ridiculously slow, and when I complained their dispute resolution was absolutely abysmal. I would never give my business to this firm again.

   Helen dealt with probate after my mother died and I had nothing but excellent service from her and her assistant. Professional, prompt and exacting.........did what she said she would and I was a happy client. On the conveyancing side, a different matter and one of the conveyancing executives (won't name shame here) was so slow and lacked client communication, so much so that my son nearly lost his house purchase. So I think it just depends on what service you require and who you get - obviously competent people and not so competent people. I am giving 4 stars as the service I got as a direct client was really great - only knocking 1 star off as we got dragged in as an indirect client and saved my son from losing his first house purchase!

   This was the first time I’d ever had to use any law firm and was quite overwhelmed with the whole process at the start. Fortunately I had ‘Paul wild’ as my solicitor who was fantastic and helped me immensely over the whole court process. I found Paul and his film massively helpful and informative with every aspect of the court case. I couldn’t of done it without him, I would highly recommend him and his firm. I know you can never predict the outcome of any case, however with PauI’s knowledge and guidance through the whole case we managed to secure the outcome which I wanted and needed!! Massive thanks!!

   I worked closely with Andrew Peters from Baker Law a 2 years period while he supported me during an ongoing dispute with a former employer. Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his approach and mannerisms in the way he dealt with me. A very intelligent, professional and knowledgeable individual who takes pride in his work and execution of it. He was always responsive, attentive and showed a willingness to help. The end result to dispute was a positive one and worked in my favour mainly thanks to Andrew’s ability to achieve the right result.
