Always friendly and popular with the locals. I am a man and get pedicure and believe you should look after your feel. They get rid of my cracked rough callouses. Highly recommend.
I wish I’d never come here. I really tried to like this place because it’s convenient. I’ve been going every 3 weeks for 6 months, but there’s now been one too many issues and I have to beg you to AVOID! The main issues I’ve experienced: 1. Whenever you book (and pay) online they look at you like they’ve never heard of the concept of booking. 2. The above means you could walk into a full salon, which once resulted in me waiting 50 minutes for a pre-booked appointment! Nothing was offered by way of apology for the inconvenience. 3. The quality of work varies hugely. For example, I got my toes done (shellac) for my holiday and one toe cracked on the first day. 4. When they ask how much length you want off, it doesn’t matter what you say, they’ll always make them short. When asked I specifically said ‘just a little bit, please.. I like them long.. I’m growing them’. The technician then got annoyed at me that I was upset about the short length and told me next to ask for ‘just a little bit’. When I told her twice that I had asked for that, she ignored me! Again, nothing offered to make up for this even though I was visibly upset. I’m now back to square one on length.
Attended this nail bar as given a voucher from a friend. The attention to detail I much admired. However, subsequently I now realised that my actual good nails had been ruined. I am horrified by this as it will take 4 months for them to recover. I feel like suing but cannot be bothered as do not expect any compensation. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE GOOD NAILS.
Well … I’ve been going here for three years now. Yes THREE YEARS. They always do an amazing job of my nails. However…. Recently they have been more than poor. More than disappointing. I booked an appointment for 1330. I sat in their shop from 13:10 until 15:20 and still no service. Walk ins would come in and they would see to them before me. Like I did not exist. I’m talking five walk ins. This is the second time in the past week where I’ve booked an appointment drove 20 miles to be loyal to Chloe’s Nails, and waited over an hour and a half and have still not been seen too to the point where you have to walk out. There’s no apology for waiting so long, no excuses or considerations. I use to recommend everyone to go here, now I couldn’t not recommend enough. So much for treating loyal customers :). Don’t bother. This is a prime example of money grabbing. I have provided you with 3 years of customer service, but money means everything. There are so many better services out there that will actually value your loyalty. Such a shame as “Chloe” was always lovely. That’s if she remembers you.
Awful job on my nails, the people are very friendly but my nails looked terrible. The lady said she could do it and then once she had started changed her mind and askedme to pick another design (the one I posted) to then give me uneven length, lumpy sore nails and an awful design! They painted over it “for free” but I was still charged for the design. Would not recommend unless there are serious improvements.
I booked a appointment and when I got there I ended up having to wait 35 minutes after my appointment time. I appreciate they get busy and work very hard. But I don't expect when booking to have to wait that long. Another lady had also been waiting that amount of time. Very frustrating, especially when you have paid for parking. A little compensation would of been appreciated.
Been going to Chloe’s for almost a year now and I’ve never been disappointed I absolutely love their work and they are soo friendly and smiley and are now afraid to be themselves around client but they are also very professional absolutely love them.
Fantastic atmosphere friendly staff. Love my new nails. Definitely worth a visit, they have lots of options for everyone, don't need to book appointments just walk in. Staff really do look after you make you a hot drink if you want one. Will definitely be going back.
