   Really good experience as a tennant with these guys. Alex was super helpful in finding me the perfect place (despite not having anything when I first enquired), Terry who showed me round was super professional and just let me get on with it, not applying any pressure, and Caroline was responsive and efficient in handling all of the paperwork. I can’t speak of what they are like as property managers as in my case they were only acting as agents, but I can’t rate them highly enough as lettings agents.

   Both Alex and Caroline have been lovely and helpful from day 1. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. Any problems with the property they have sorted them quickly and never any trouble. When leaving the property both again been very helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent from them. Thank you again both of you.

   Never thought I'd actually rate an estate agent five stars but it is deserved with dealing with Caroline and Alex. With this being a smaller team, there's far more quality of service than quantity focus by this estate agent and is a massive improvement from other places. Me and my partner were in a situation recently where my partner was given 29 days notice from her previous estate agent to move out rather than legally required two months because the property was sold and left us with no time to find a place together. After frantically dealing with several different agents, when it came to dealing with Cheshire Property Lettings they've been incredibly supportive with helping us get a property in quick time for a reasonable price as well.

   Alex evicted me under a retaliation evection after asking for repairs, here some of the repairs, landlords be aware, he leaves all properties under complete disrepair, and gives section 21 tenants when they ask for repairs.

   LANDLORDS BE AWARE!!! ALex from Cheshire Property Lettings is not somebody you want managing you property i have an environmental Officer from the council coming round this month as the conidiations are so bad. All this behind the landlords back who information he refused to give me, corrupt as can be, and Alex is now going to cost his client a lot of money in repairs and compensation on a building he was renting out, that i was paying energy for over FIVE years.

   As a Tennant I have never felt so unsupported. I looked after the property I was in like it was my own, never missed a payment, put new carpets and blinds in and decorated yearly for 8 years. After initially being given my notice as the owner was selling, I was offered no alternative accommodation for me and my disabled son from Alex and Caroline and the whole thing was handled with zero compassion. It took over 4 months for me to find a new place as the market was so competitive with people fighting for somewhere to live. During that time i had no oven, people coming in and out to view the property at all hours of the day and i was given no reduction in rent apart from a one off £100 reduction for living with no oven. Once i had finallly found somewhere, i ended up seriously ill in hospital due to the stress of it all and was told i would have to pay a daily charge for every day i had the keys, even though the proerty was empty and no one had even bought it yet! I was stuck in a hospital bed with no one to help. In the end a nurse from Macclesfield hospital dropped them off for me as she felt lile it was added stress. I feel that i was a loyal, respectful tenant but in the end i was treated appaulingly. Caroline was always very friendly and so was Alex, but I feel that none of it was genuine and i feel like my needs and rights as a tenant were completely overlooked.

   Caroline and Alex are absolute stars, they made my journey with them seamless, no huge admin fees were hit to me which really made it so much easier for me to move. I always got prompt responses from them in all matters and they are so friendly and lovely 100/10 if you ask me!

   Cheshire Property Lettings have been our agents for many years now and have always offered a great service. Since Alex and Caroline took over the business they have done a sterling job for us in valuing our property, sourcing a buyer and ultimately acting as our agent for the sale process. At different points along the way they acted above and beyond to help move things along. They are very thorough, responsive, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
