“On 25th October we had our wedding at the Lion & Swan, WOW it was certainly 5 stars!! After 8 years of being engaged and looking at sooo many venues, we randomly stumbled on The Lion & Swan and when we came for a viewing we knew it was what we were searching for. During the whole time planning our wedding Liam has been great, he is so attentive and nothing is too much trouble! Our wedding day was amazing and went smoothly. The venue is just stunning and even more so with wedding decor. The food was delicious!! Downstairs at Radleys is the perfect place for an evening reception which creates the best atmosphere for a party. Also all of our guests that stayed at the Venue commented on how lovely their bedrooms were and what a nice breakfast they had. We absolutely loved having everything for our special day under one roof and wouldn’t change a thing! Thankyou so much Liam for all of your help and support. Hannah & Dan x”

“The best and most relaxing break I've had. Our hosts thought of everything to make things easy, from the brew stuff already on site to the hot tub being ready as soon as we got there. A quiet and peaceful setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away.”

“I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my bunny Hagrid to stay, and the same goes for all my previous rabbits. Chris and Bev are amazing with the rabbits and understand each Rabbits unique personality, and care for them with love and affection as if they were their pets too. My rabbit is what the vets class as fiesty and certainly likes things her own way and let's you know when she isn't happy. But Bev and Chris take this all in their stride and care for her amazingly. Hagrid also has a all veg and hay diet and that's no problem at all during her stay and they don't mind if I message them for an update, I also love receiving all the amazing videos of her stay with them. “We stayed at the Lamb Guest Inn as part of a wedding party. It was my husband, one year old daughter, and I. The hosts were more than genuine and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we not only had everything us adults needed, but our daughter as well. They provided a pack n’ play for her to sleep in, a high chair at breakfast, and even provided special lacto free milk for her. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was homemade to order. Some of the best food we had during our whole stay in London. The location is an easy, safe walk to all the downtown bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. It honestly felt like we were at my grandparents house the way they took care of us. I would definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully staying here again.”

“Really good experience as a tennant with these guys. Alex was super helpful in finding me the perfect place (despite not having anything when I first enquired), Terry who showed me round was super professional and just let me get on with it, not applying any pressure, and Caroline was responsive and efficient in handling all of the paperwork. I can’t speak of what they are like as property managers as in my case they were only acting as agents, but I can’t rate them highly enough as lettings agents.”

“It was the first time my dog had been in kennels and it was 2 weeks after surgery so we were very nervous about it. He had lots of needs. I have to say the team were brilliant. I got lots of updates. He came back making really good progress after his surgery. So we are very pleased with his stay.”

“We visited yesterday for a family wedding and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. It is a super wedding venue and the staff were very organised and ensured that it all ran very smoothly. One member of staff who stood out to us was Sophie. She was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. She served the canapés in a very efficient and friendly manner. The following morning ( today ) she served us with a delicious breakfast and was as helpful as she had been yesterday. She certainly stood out to us but I will add that all the staff worked efficiently and calmly throughout the day. Thank you for a lovely day xx”
