My sister in law enquired about using them for a transfer of equity issue, questionnaire sent from them for quote instantly and filled in and returned next day , 1 week later despite phone and email calls no response and no quote so cannot wait for their leisurely response whenever that may be so they have lost our business.
One star for 2 secretaries for answering the phone. Zero for the whole business for never getting back to me. Shocking. I emailed and called multiple times. Never heard back. If you are not interested in ny case, fine, email me, respond. Appaling service. Not recommended.
Really pleased with the service from Louise White and her team. Very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure all due diligence was thoroughly conducted in our house purchase. Good local solicitors who we would highly recommend, and we would definitely use Louise again.
I’ve dealt with many solicitors over the past 40 years, but my experience with Mills & Bann was by far the most frustrating and upsetting. It took nine months from the point an offer was accepted on my property to exchange of contracts, even though both the purchaser and I were in full agreement and working together to move things forward. The process felt unnecessarily slow and stressful. Communication was poor, and I believe the transaction could have been handled far more efficiently. The purchaser—an experienced developer—also faced delays on two other transactions involving the same firm. Based on this experience, I would make every effort to avoid using Mills & Bann again.
Thankfully we had Mills and Bann as our solicitors for our house move. Georgia Shearsby and Julie Herbert were amazing. They dealt with everything even when our buyers solicitors lost the money. Would recommend to anyone to use them.

I was not a customer of this conveyancer but someone close to me was and felt compelled to write as the whole process was more stressful than should have been. Louise White was shocking throughout the conveyancing to purchase. Lack of communication to unnecessary delays. It took 6 months with 3 days to go before completion otherwise bank would withdraw their fixed rate offer. I myself have kept a detailed dossier of the process.
i am to selina synge and her team . i was charged with speeding and driving without due care and attention . i needed to do everything to save my license as i am a business owner and cannot afford to lose my license . selina went above and beyond to ensure that i was able to keep my license and continue to drive . words cant express how grateful and thankful i am for her efforts to ensure i got to keep my license with it not affecting my daily life . i genuinely thought i was about to lose it and be banned from driving . selina remained calm through it all and talked me through each step thank you for saving my life payman
