   ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends. My house was sold STC and I had to pull out due to an issue at the bottom of the chain. Dunn&Rate were so good and it really showed the comparison between them and other estate agents (just to be clear there were no other local estate agents involved) It was then put on the market again and I was kept updated and informed all the way.
