   Tinsley Garner Estate Agents What an incredibly unprofessional company. After calling them for what feels like the hundredth time—following countless broken promises of a call back—I was met with the rudest, arrogant sales agent imaginable, who showed less interest than my little finger. They spoke to me as if I had no experience whatsoever with buying or selling homes, gave responses completely inconsistent with previous conversations, and showed zero acknowledgment of mistakes made on their end. In short, they lost a sale. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this company—don’t expect consistency, professionalism, or even the basic courtesy of returned calls. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with them. Truly unprofessional.

   n my experience, this company has been extremely unprofessional. Communication was consistently poor, and I rarely received updates or returned calls. Commitments made to me were not followed through on, which left me feeling misled and very frustrated. Based on how I was treated, I would not work with this company again and would not feel comfortable trusting them with my property.

   Really disappointed to have made an appointment to view a property confirmed via the phone last weekend to have nobody turn up to the property today. Apparently if you don’t get a text or email confirmation you should assume it is not a confirmed appointment whether verbally agreed or not. Tried to call this morning to confirm again just to be sure but nobody to answer the phone. Phoned whilst at the property and told no appointment, apologised and offered for appointment next weekend, no thanks don’t want to waste another weekend. Small admin errors but can have costly consequences if you are missing out on sales commission. Oh well.

   Jonathan and the team at Tinsley Garner were extremely professional. From Jonathan coming to appraise our home and having it on the market took less than a week! We had to take our home off the market due to a change in circumstances, however we had more viewings with them for the three weeks it was advertised for, than we did with another agent that we were with for 2 months! When it’s time to sell again, we’ll be using Tinsley Garner.

   I’ve been dealing with Johnathan over the last few weeks regarding looking at a new property in Stafford. He’s been so helpful and amenable and nothing has been too much trouble. He wasn’t pushy at all and he is so polite and friendly. An absolute breath of fresh air. Best dealings I’ve had with an estate agent. Highly recommended!

   Recently sold our unusual property via Tinsley Garner, who gave us excellent advice from start to finish! Andrew Garner dealt with the sale personally, took on board our input and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were professional but always extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling their house!

   Shambles to be honest! Tried to deal with this company who really do not care at all for you the customer . I honestly believe that they are totally in this business for as much money they can get out of you ..the customer... that is possible! We put in a couple of offers on a property in Staffordshire . They do not come back to you and when they do...they blame their vendor! What they are really doing is pushing the market in their favor by making you the customer spend more than you really need to . What actually happened to professional honesty? We actually spoken to a neighbor who had exactly the same issue with this same estate agent when he too tried to purchase the exact same property that we were after. He advised us to steer clear of them and leave well alone. He has since purchased a nearby property and he is more than happy now. What has been said before is actually quite true...that being ...they really believe that they are above us all! You have to honestly step back and listen to what it is ....they don't say ! Arrogant and very unprofessional as already stated on here by others. Feel sorry for those who have taken them on . Especially the owner of the property in Staffordshire....he has not a real clue on what it is that is happening regarding his property whilst he is away out of the country. We are still waiting a reply for an offer we put in on this property 4 days ago! I will not hold my breath .......Life is just too short ! Shambles of a company

   I found them very unprofessional and they left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed after my phone call with them, I called regarding a property that went online that day to be told not to bother going for a viewing because if it was between us and someone else she would pick the others. I'm sorry but isn't the business meant to work with the clients and help them find a property not just disregard them if there maybe a few issues? this is not the first time we have had issues with this company and now know to definitely steer clear.
