   Called asking for some help with renting as I am moving to Stoke and unsure on the process, The woman I spoke to from the rental team was extremely rude and essentially sounded bored of my questions, literally saying to me "you have a LOT of these hypothetical questions". Essentially made me feel like a number, as I wasn't ready to move in yet, I was literally batted away. Considering I am a good renter who is a professional at the NHS, not sure why you would treat people like this. Understand its competitive, but the arrogance that woman displayed on the phone knowing that there are plenty of other people is despicable. Its a shame as I will be ready to buy a property next year, and now will avoid this company at all costs and also inform people I know to avoid it too.

   Excellently priced family business. The estate agents as a whole are lovely, because they aren’t a chain you do genuinely get the sense you’re thought about as a person rather than just another house on the market. They regularly checked in and updated me, offering further advice on things where necessary, whilst keeping in mind my personal desires and nothing was too much trouble. All for a very reasonable price. I particularly want to praise Charlotte as she was our main point of contact throughout and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!

   Jackie and her team at Dale & Collins have been dealing with our rental property for several years now. We have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional. We recently had a break in to our property while it was empty and we were away on holiday. Jackie and Tracy (if I remember correctly) both dealt with the initial problem immediately, arranging for replacement windows and informing the police to gain a crime number, taking numerous photos and liaising with the insurance company for us as we were out of the country. We cannot thank them enough for all their support at a very stressful time. From speaking to our tenants I get the impression they are just as good to them also. We would easily feel confident in recommending Dale & Collins to any future landlord. They are extremely good at guiding you through the now very difficult legal stuff! Thank you all for your continuing help and support. You more than earn your fee

   I can't recommend Dale and Collins enough! They were the 4th Estate Agent we had around to value our house (we were originally only going to have 3 but after we saw that they had sold another on our street super quickly, we thought it was worth the call), and as soon as we met Jackie, we forgot all about the other 3! Jackie absolutely did us proud with our listing, and Charlotte really supported us through the whole sale process - they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and would sell with them again without giving it a second thought!    First time using Dale and Collins and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. With each contact I was met with politeness and assistance which was refreshing and needed whilst selling a house and moving in to new accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging the first viewing to obtaining additional measurements needed, everything was done not only quickly but with good grace and humour.    Me and my girlfriend have purchased our 1st home this year and the property was being managed via dale and Collins. They were very helpful, polite and patient with us whilst we were learning the ropes of the property ladder. We mainly liaised with Charlotte who was very helpful in dealing with the sellers and quick to respond and relay any information between us. The rest of the team who we spoke to were also professional and friendly which they made the whole process as easy as it could be.
