    Disgusting! We called yesterday (sunday) we had our 3 yr old grand daughter who wanted to go via the bus "as an adventure" to the local shops but there were no buses we booked the taxi it was literally a 20 min walk but she hasnt been well, was tired as we had walk 20 mins already they stated £8 minimum charge we said fine. They never arrived. We waited 15 mins they called and kept saying we were not where they were even though we explained repeatedly the bus stop name and where we were. It was freezing cold. Then the driver just stated he was leaving and he went! We called and they stated another 15 mins before they sent a driver!! Left us in the cold with a 3 yr old because they went to the wrong location! Disgusting.

    Just tried to book to go from blackwater to fleet miller and carter and wanted £35 each way. I don’t mind paying over normal prices but this was ridiculous
