“I use euro taxis a lot and whilst i will continue to do so have some constructive criticism,why have an online booking system which isn't aware if there are actually have any available drivers?.And also having the new call centre in Pakistan is utterly ridiculous in my opinion. Having so many owner drivers allows them to refuse jobs which is clearly a problem for all concerned so how about having a few company cars with salaried drivers who cannot refuse jobs and be tough on them if they try.”

Car was spotlessly clean and the driver extremely polite and respectful. Agreed to collect us later and bring us home and did an excellent job then.
