   Easy to book and had to make a change as well which was no problem to them. Driver arrived on time on both outbound and return journeys with good communication throughout. Had to ask for the a/c to be turned on as it was a hot day and I was in 3 piece suit and the driver was happy to oblige.

   This driver took advantage of being new to the area. Made excuses of having to go a longer way because of roadworks (which didn't exist). His polite chit chat didn't cover up the extra £5 on the journey.

   I have used this company a couple of times now for a wheelchair accessible taxi. Honestly can't fault them. Extremely reliable, friendly and courteous. Really look after you as the customer. You get confirmation texts that your journey is booked and they are there when you need them to be. Excellent service. I have recommended them to my friends already. Good job! Keep it up.

   I needed wheelchair taxi for my mother and I and 66666, luckily, were available. Didn’t know they had this service and so not used before but have to say really impressed. Driver was lovely, very helpful, friendly and mum was relaxed and enjoyed the trip. Longest journey she’s done since 2019 and said happy to go in taxi again.

   As far as I'm aware this is a 24 hour company yet getting them to answer the phone in the early hours of the morning is like try to get blood from a stone very unprofessional

   Be very careful if you choose to use this cab firm! I made the mistake of trusting them to bring my 16 year old son home from work late at night. The driver threatened to drive off if my son didn't agree to pay cash. He didn't have cash so he drove him to a cash machine out of the way of the route and forced him to take cash out. He refused to let him pay card. He also charged him £27 for a 4 mile journey we had been quoted £17 for. When I phoned to complain I was called a liar. My son felt scared and intimidated. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Avoid at all costs!

   Terrible experience, car smelt and driver kept coughing. They overcharged us despite precooked price online. The brakes squealed as stopping and questionable to weather was roadworthy . We won’t be using again

   Our cab was 20 minutes late despite assurances from despatcher that it close by. Our driver was surly, rude and lacked manners. No apology for being late. When we arrived at our destination he simply pointed at the meter and said "nine", no please, no thank you. Would not recommend

   I booked a taxi from Camberley to Blackwater Station last week, noting that I would be carrying one suitcase. The driver did not get out of the car and told me to put my suitcase in the backseat. The car was dirty and smelly. The driver was listening to some radio programme in a language other than English... I expect a clean driver and car, help putting luggage in the boot and neutral music or silence. Earn your fare, don't treat passengers like a piece of wood. I will not be using this "service" again.
