I ordered a lot of taxis for various numbers of people for a wedding. They were very accommodating to numerous changes. The drivers were all very courteous, on time and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Do not use. Unsafe and dangerous. Several comments have previously mentioned that the driver will only accept cash, if you do not carry money, they demand your card details to be saved onto their phone. We did not see these comments before, and I wish that we had. We recently used Million Cars for a return trip over a weekend. The journey to our destination was fine and we arrived safely, paying with card. The same cannot be said for our return trip. We were sent a crude message asking for a postcode to collect us, despite us prearranging the location a month prior, the exact location we were dropped off at, in a small village with only two pick-up locations. The Taxi then arrived late. We were not greeted by the driver, but instead had to ask for details, they then gave little in the way of a response. It was clear that the driver did not speak English well and had no intention to acknowledge our existence. After placing our luggage in the boot and buckling up, it quickly became apparent that this was not going to be an enjoyable experience. The driver disproved of us talking, made evident by the hard stares we received each time we spoke between ourselves. The driver themself was erratic and we did not feel safe on this journey. At this point, we became deeply worried. We arrived at our destination, expecting to pay with card like we had previously. Carrying no cash on us. However the driver insisted that we pay with cash or provide them with our card details for them to save on their phone and extract money from our own account. Our answer was 'NO', upon which the driver sped off and drove to the nearest ATM. (They clearly had this part memorised) Where they parked up directly in front of the ATM, not saying a word, not even the cost of the journey, and watched as a hawk whilst I used the machine. I reentered the vehicle and we were raced back to our destination. We handed over the cash, got our bags and quickly left. Shaking. It was difficult to not let this experience ruin a very special weekend. A truly unsafe company.
They were great. Most foreign can drivers are always nice to me because they always try to assist the costumers with the best experience while riding with them to insure safety measures.
Very responsive and the driver was early which I appreciated as I had a very early flight. Courteous service all around and I highly recommend!
Very reliable service; they remind you the day before to be sure to confirm the race. I had to change the address and the moderator of the company carried out this modification very easily by exchanging by Whatsapp.
