   Excellent Service, good and effective communications with clear description and pricing. Inbound flight was tracked by Akim for any delays and we used WhatsApp on our return to inform Akim of customs clearance which kept Airport pick up fees to a minimum. . Smooth and on time process, took the stress out of the airport travel. Am looking to book for next year.

   We recently used this taxi company for various trips related to a large company off-site trip. There were numerous transfers to/from Heathrow, and a large group booking to/from Reading. They were fantastic. Very reasonable rates, prompt and clear communication, and really friendly drivers. When we come back next year I will certainly use them again!

   Akim arrived early for our trip to Heathrow which was great as we were worried about where to go and getting there in time. He dropped us off at the exact point to connect with the Assistance. On the return journey he kept us up to date with his progress in heavy traffic, and managed to find a wheelchair for my husband to use back to the car. Thank you very much Akim - you were very kind and helpful.

   It's been a while since I've come across a taxi service as good as Allo Taxi. Many others seem to overcharge, but Allo offers very reasonable prices. We've used them several times, and I must highlight their punctuality—it's consistently excellent. The rides are smooth and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly!

   ALLO, this is a great service. The drive was lovely, respectful and sensible. The driver was great to chat with and very helpful and understanding when I had an issue with my bank card. Would definitely used them again. They also text me the next day, with a lovely message in relation to our chat, which was just so lovely and kind. Thank you.

   Didcot taxis online form and WhatsApp communication is really useful and you get a prompt response! I found myself with a cancelled train, so needed to change my destination quite significantly but they were able to accommodate me and were prompt in communicating! Will use them again in future when I'm back in the area for work!

   Fantastic service. Booked a transfer from Didcot to Oxford last night at an agreed-upon price. 5 mins into our journey we realised we'd forgotten something. Asked the driver to turn around and go back so we could get the item from the house. Driver was happy to do so and did not charge us extra. Extremely professional and discreet service. Will definitely use this service again.
