So unreliable, booked a week in advance got a confirmation email. Failed to turn up and didn’t answer the phone. Belter paying more for reliability
Leaving a review on behalf of my Grandparents. They are 92 and coming up 101 and the drivers are always very helpful and accommodating now that they know about their mobility issues. They help them into the car and always wait for them to safely get into the house safely before leaving. Thank you.
Fabulous service. They arrived on time, on Christmas Day to pick my mother up and take her back home. The driver was kind and funny. He helped my disabled mum get up the steps at her house and made sure she was safely inside. Top job. Thank you
I had booked a taxi for Christmas evening. It arrived on time and got me home efficiently. The driver was very nice and made sure I got indoors all right, carrying my bags up my steps and inside for me. Well done Chiltern, as usual.
Long term customer and we booked 2 taxis from Sonning Common to Reading on a Sat pm and charged £40 for one and £65 for the other, absolute rip off, well all be going elsewhere
Driver was over ten minutes late, there was no apology. He then proceeded to drive extremely slowly. A five minute journey became a ten minute one, and we missed our train despite leaving plenty of time for the journey. Don’t use if you want reliability
It was a sly move- called for a taxi and was quoted £15 for a 7 minute drive. I said I would call back to book if I didn't find one cheaper. When I did I said I had called just before and it was for the same trip, and was told it would be on its way. They charged us £18 without saying they were charging more. Upside is it was a fine service that came quickly and the driver was friendly.
Brilliant, timely service. They got me from home to the airport in 25 minutes. Great job. Smooth drive. Helpful driver. We also arranged pick up for the return journey.
Just didn't turn up...! Generally good - been using for years - but not recently: they failed to turn up for a pre-booked 650am ride to HoT station. I called and they didn't answer the phone. Eventually I got thru and they apologised for taking a other ride which is not good enough. Also, been rude and charged inconsistently in the last few months. Would not use again
Absolutely brilliant service. My flight from Spain to the UK was delayed so public transport from the airport was no longer an option. I called them at very short notice and they managed to find me a ride. The driver was excellent, really charming and professional. I absolutely recommend these guys.
