   I recently ordered a taxi from Bracknell to Heathrow through F and D taxis. Was quoted a fixed fare over the phone, which was what I actually paid, with no additional charges! Pleasantly surprised when the car which collected me was a nice Mercedes. Good service and friendly helpful driver. Will use this firm again.

   Plus side taxi does tend to be on time , massive negative there office prices the job and is typically 12% more expensive than a meter price in a taxi . And 20% more expensive than cheapest taxi firm in bracknell. You wouldn't expect to pay more than a meter . Sometimes feel like the price is a figure randomly plucked and guessed

   Ordered a taxi for the following day to go to the station stressing that time punctuality was important to catch the train. The time cane for the taxi to arrive and the tracker showed it was about 15 mins away. Contacted the main number and was told he would be five minutes late. 5 mins later they rang back and said the car was stuck in traffic on the bagshot road and would be another 15mins! Cancelled the cab. Checked on google maps and the bagshot road was clear. Got in our own car and drove instead of using the train. Our route took us down the bagshot road only 6 mins after being told of the 15 mins delay - no traffic issues in either direction. There is never a good reason to lie about being let down. We will never use this firm again!
