   The customer service provided at this store by Katie and Dale were outstanding. Very attentive whilst at the same time giving me the time and space required to shop. They were there to help when required and provided sound advice. Could not rate these two member of staff highly enough. I like the way that they don’t pounce and leave you to shop, but are 100% on the ball when ask for help! That’s how customer service should be. Very friendly too! Current sale prices are amazing. Very pleased with purchases. My only one criticism would be of stock and not staff. Would be nice to see more range of high end brands. Seem to have a lot of Peter Storm. BUT, for the size of the store It probably has a reasonable selection of products. Also the place is closing down so this may also add to limitation. Would definitely return and recommend staff!

   We went here for a certain type of sock but sadly they didn't have it but the man there directed us to the right place. I've shopped at millets for 30 years and the quality of the products is outstanding. So keep up the good work.

   Returned an item because when I opened it appeared to look second hand, tatty box and greasy finger print marks all over the item. Over a month later and still no refund been in contact with them and they keep saying it'll be with me in 3 working days. Time to get in contact with credit card company and get them to chase it up.

   Always find good value here and the staff in Derby are very helpful. Caught a bargain at the end of their in-store black Friday sale as well. They also do in-store click and collect as well which we used recently for some boots.
