   Absolutely first class service from receiving the initial call to arrange the delivery to the delivery itself. The driver was punctual and very polite he didn't "drop and run" but rang the door bell and waited for me to check the items were correct and in good order. At last a reliable delivery company!

   4 beds delivered to Highlands rural area in Scotland. Minimal notice of delivery despite specific request. Driver got stuck, we helped him get his van going again, the delivery was v rushed, we signed the form but had’ t had time to check the beds as they were wrapped. When unwrapped the tear shown in the pictures was exposed. We asked for a modest amount to have the tear fixed, which despite best efforts from bed manufacturer and us was refused. Colin the manager is very abrupt, evasive and it was not positive having to deal with this company. Disappointing.
